ByteAnt is looking for an experienced Chief Sales and Marketing Officer
- Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational Marketing, Sales and Customer Relationship activities.
- Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate productivity development ideas.
- Working to stringent targets, the job holder will be required to adopt a professional and knowledgeable approach to each new business call.
- Implementing a variety of new business initiatives to drive sales.
- Implementing an effective sales pipeline and lead tracking process.
- Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.
- Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company's ambitious growth.
- Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team and setting key performance indicators.
- Continual training and development of all members of the sales department.
- Attending industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.
- A natural leader with an ability to inspire performance with the sales team.
- Strong commercial outlook in the IT field and an entrepreneurial approach to business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales growth and delivery of results to business plans.
- Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions.
- Must have experience of working in a corporate/business focused environment.
- Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business.
- Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.
- Advanced English
