HR Manager

ByteAnt is looking for an enthusiastic and process-oriented Human Resources manager to oversee human resources functions, including administration of the employee lifecycle, benefits, career development, HR Systems, performance, policies, analytics and more. 

This is an ideal role if you enjoy a fast-paced environment where you can make an impact on a number of diverse company-wide initiatives.

YOUR IMPACT:

  • Manage employee onboarding, benefits administration, and offboarding.
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Maintain all employment and payroll records
  • Update and administer human resource policies and procedures, including Employee Handbook
  • Administration of company communications channels
  • Administration of employee-related paperwork, such as employment contracts, new starter packs, or formal notices of termination.
  • Organization of company events

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1+ years in a People Operations/HR role
  • Experience building People Operations programs or processes
  • Tremendous communication skills - you can write in a professional, friendly voice and publicly speak in a clear, succinct manner
  • Proactive about finding and presenting solutions even when it involves creative problem-solving
  • Operations-minded - you love building systems to help things run as efficiently as possible
  • A thoughtful partner who can demonstrate a good balance of emotional intelligence with pragmatic judgment
