Project Manager

We're looking for a great project manager to join our team.

You'll have an opportunity to lead a new B2B/B2C development, influence our management and engineering process, add value by analyzing and proposing solutions in surrounding areas.

CUSTOMER: A Middle East media company looking to obtain flexible and cost-saving instruments for improving the services, presence, and collaboration between key players in the target domain.

TEAM: PM/BA, TL, 3 DEV, 2 QA, UX designer, DevOps engineer, several consultants.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• At least upper-intermediate English, both verbal and written;
• 4+ years of project management experience in the IT industry;
• 2+ years of business analysis experience or in junction with project management;
• Experience in using requirements management systems, Jira/Confluence is a must
• Ability to effectively compose documentation, e.g. business and technical requirements specification
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities
• Modeling and visualization using Figma, Invision or sketch tools
• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Track of successfully delivered projects or products
• Outstanding presentation and persuasion skills, expectation management
• Pro-activity in all the aspects
• Attention to details

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive creation of product vision and product roadmap with stakeholders assistance
• Gather, elicit, analyze and document requirements without additional assistance or supervision;
• Create BPMN diagrams and other description for various processes and flows
• Define functional/non-functional requirements, oversee technical and business constraints, risks and assumptions;
• Ensure the team's clear and profound understanding of project requirements, lead requirements grooming;
• Be responsible for creating and maintaining related artifacts: project plan, resource plan, risk log, schedule etc.;
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget according to the following metrics: gross profit margin, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, cost variance, schedule variance;
• Effectively remove impediments and solve problems;
• Participate in staffing;
