Automotive IoT and Multitenant SaaS Solution


To establish actionable and meaningful interaction between car shop owners and their clients, the company needed a single web-based platform with CRM/ERP built-in systems paired with a user-friendly mobile app. So, we had to come up with a complex solution that could enable stable communication, accurate diagnostics and data tracking alongside strong connectivity between IoT-backed telematics devices.

What we did

  • ERP/CRM integration for better customer data storage, tracking, and analytics
  • Client-facing mobile app that allows users to view maintenance schedules, identify car issues and show real-time vehicle information and recommendations directly on a smartphone.

The Results

An easy-to-set-up telematics system, which connects car drivers, their mechanics, and vehicles via a simple, yet elegant Connection Key OBD-II device. The connection key aligned with a car’s computer analyzes car performance, provides a real-time diagnostic report of car’s health, sends timely notifications both to a car owner and mechanic and informs about upcoming regular checks. With it, drivers know about critical and non-critical issues as they happen and can contact the nearby mechanic via the mobile app.
