The project itself involved a complex and industry-specific CRM system in public cloud for a development and consulting firm that specializes in real estate providing SaaS, custom software, and digital consulting to help mid-sized brokerages achieve their production and efficiency goals.
There were numerous goals, such as:
- setup new, customer specific workflows
- setup new public facing CMS driven websites
- improving some of the business logic processes
- incorporating reporting
- debugging a lot of functionality that wasn't working as anticipated
All this was needed to be done in a tight time frame.
